Because these items are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Since ranks are digital goods, we do not accept:

• Exchanges
• Cancellations

Once a purchase is completed, the rank is permanently added to your account.

3. No Refunds

All payments are non‑refundable.
This includes situations such as:

• Changing your mind
• Purchasing the wrong rank
• Losing access to your Minecraft account
• Being removed from the server for breaking rules

4. Delivery Time

All ranks are delivered within 24 hours of a successful payment.
If you do not receive your rank within this timeframe, please contact support so we can verify and complete your delivery.

5. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Refund Attempts

Chargebacks or unauthorized refund attempts are considered fraudulent activity.
If this occurs, the server may:

• Remove the purchased rank
• Restrict access to the server
• Report the activity to the payment processor

This is standard digital‑goods fraud protection.
