No physical items are shipped.

3. Delivery Time

All ranks are delivered within 24 hours of a successful payment.
Delivery is completed manually by server staff.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final.
Because ranks are digital goods that cannot be returned, we do not offer:

• Refunds
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Order cancellations

If a chargeback or unauthorized refund attempt is made, the server may:

• Remove the purchased rank
• Restrict access to the server
• Report the activity to the payment processor

This is standard fraud‑prevention policy for digital items.

5. Server Rules

Purchasing a rank does not exempt you from server rules.
If you break server rules, staff may remove your rank or restrict access without compensation.

6. Fraud & Unauthorized Payments

Any fraudulent activity — including stolen payment methods, unauthorized transactions, or chargebacks — may result in:

• Rank removal
• Loss of access to the server
• Reporting the incident to the payment processor
